From Skradin

There you will step into a boat which will take you to the entrance of the park.

From Lozovac

After you parked your car, a bus will drop you off down near the waterfall. After you explored the park, the bus will take you back to your car.

Tip: start at 4 p.m. in the high season to reduce the entrance price and it will be less crowded in the park.
